Hi, I’m Zunaira (she/her). I’m a Registered Social Worker (RSW) in Ontario, working with teens (15+) and adults who are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or navigating big life transitions, identity questions, or changes in direction – especially folks who haven’t always felt seen or understood in traditional therapy spaces.
My approach is trauma-informed, queer-informed, and grounded in compassion and collaboration. Therapy with me is about meeting you where you are and moving at a pace that feels right for you. We focus on what’s actually going on beneath the surface, whether that’s anxiety, self-doubt, burnout, or feeling disconnected from yourself, and work together to make sense of it in a way that feels supportive and doable. I draw from CBT, ACT, and Motivational Interviewing, but I keep sessions flexible, relational, and centred on you.
I have a strong interest in working with South Asian, Muslim, newcomer, and 2SLGBTQ+ folks. I understand how culture, migration, family expectations, identity, and systemic barriers can shape mental health and the way we move through the world. Many of the people I work with are trying to find clarity, build self-compassion, and figure out how to move forward in ways that actually feel sustainable.
Working with me is meant to feel approachable and non-intimidating. You don’t need to have the right words or a clear goal when you start. You can show up feeling uncertain, overwhelmed, or unsure where to begin. My goal is to create a space where you can be yourself, feel supported, and work toward feeling more grounded, confident, and connected – both in and outside of therapy.

Hi, I’m Fiona. I work mainly with queer and questioning clients offering therapy that is approachable and meets you where you are.
Through my genuine and informal approach, I aim to gently challenge clients to support their own growth at a pace that feels right for them.
Many of my clients are struggling with negative self-talk, navigating stressful life changes, and learning how to advocate for themselves. Together, we work on building the skills needed to move through these challenges.
I often help clients dealing with attachment issues, trauma, complex relationship dynamics, identity struggles, and burnout. As therapy unfolds, more layers of these experiences often come to light. My focus is on helping people face each challenge layer by layer, in ways that feel manageable rather than overwhelming.

Hi! I’m Cho (she/her), a queer immigrant woman of colour from the Philippines, now living in Tkaronto/Toronto. I aim to hold space for both your joy and your pain with honesty, care, and a deep sense of humanity.
I work through an intersectional, anti-oppressive lens, recognizing that while we’re all more than the sum of our parts, our identities and lived experiences shape how we see and move through the world. My approach is open, curious, and grounded in a genuine desire to understand what life feels like from your perspective.
Before coming into this work, I spent time in many different spaces — from administration to social services — and those experiences help me connect with people navigating stress, worry, and uncertainty around career, creativity, identity, and burnout. I also carry lived experience as part of the Southeast Asian diaspora, and understand the layered realities of immigration, family (biological or chosen), coming out, queerness, and intergenerational patterns and trauma.
All of these pieces shape how I show up in the therapy room. My hope is that our work together helps you build a sense of self-compassion and belonging — and reminds you that healing doesn’t have to happen alone.

Hi, I’m Capri (they/them). I’m a Latina, queer therapist who supports people navigating stress, life transitions, and identity – especially those holding layered and intersecting identities. As a queer or trans person, you may be carrying more than just your own story, including family expectations, generational dynamics, and the experience of moving through a world that can sometimes make you feel small.
In our work together, we’ll create space to explore what feels fuzzy, unclear, or heavy, and gently unpack what’s been sitting beneath the surface. You don’t have to go through this alone, and I’d be honoured to support you along your mental health journey.
My approach draws from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Narrative Therapy. I bring a warm, collaborative presence to sessions, meeting you at your pace while also encouraging deeper reflection when it feels supportive.
Whether you’re a young adult, an older adult, or in a monogamous or ENM relationship, I’m here to support you. This is a space to offer yourself compassion, curiosity, and maybe even a little more acceptance.

Hey, I’m Dani (they/she). I work with queer, trans, questioning, and ENM individuals and couples who want therapy that actually feels human - not stiff and not too clinical feeling.
My style is warm, direct, and psychodynamic at the core. Basically, we slow down, look at what’s really going on underneath your anxiety, shutdowns, relationship patterns, or the ways you’ve learned to disconnect from yourself. I’m curious, honest, and I don’t dance around things you’re clearly struggling with - but I’ll always meet you with compassion while we figure it out.
A lot of my clients are navigating identity, attachment issues, anxiety that hits them physically, trauma, burnout, messy family dynamics, intimacy stuff, or trying to understand what they actually want in their relationships - monogamous or otherwise. If talking about sex, boundaries, or desire feels awkward, overwhelming, or confusing, we can go there at your pace, in a total judgement free zone.
Working with me is straightforward. You don’t have to explain queer sex, ENM dynamics, pronouns, or why you dissociate sometimes. You can show up overwhelmed, numbed out, anxious, avoidant, or totally unsure where to start. I’ll meet you where you’re at, and we’ll figure things out together - no pressure, no performance, no pretending.

Hi, I’m Mercadez (she/her), a pansexual psychotherapist-in-training who offers a warm, collaborative, and deeply human space for people who want to feel understood without having to shrink or perform.
I came into this work through an unexpected shift – what started as a path toward dietetics and eating-disorder care slowly evolved into a love of psychology, identity work, and supporting people through the nonlinear process of healing. That turn ended up being one of the most meaningful surprises of my life, and led me to the kind of work where people get to show up fully as themselves.
Personally, I am doing ongoing work around reconnecting with my Indigenous heritage. Because that process is still unfolding, I’m mindful of holding space for clients exploring identity without positioning myself as an expert in Indigenous healing. I show up with honesty, humility, and a deep respect for the complexity of identity work.
My approach is warm, direct, and grounded in real human connection. I’m a therapist who shows up as a person first – someone who’s curious, attuned, and here to walk alongside you. Together, we slow down and explore the patterns, emotions, and protective parts that shape how you move through the world. I draw from ACT, IFS, and CBT, and tailor everything to your identities, lived experiences, cultural context, and the realities you’re navigating.
I support people who are carrying trauma, anxiety that hits hard in the body, burnout, or the weight of being “the responsible one.” Many of the clients I work with are exploring identity, navigating family or cultural expectations, unpacking intergenerational trauma, or wanting support around intimacy, boundaries, or relationship structures.
My hope is that our work together helps you feel more grounded in who you are, more spacious in your body, and more connected to the parts of yourself that deserve to take up room. You deserve a place where you can breathe, be messy, be honest, and be fully yourself – and I’d be honoured to hold that space with you.

Hey, I’m Steph (she/her), a queer communications professional-turned-client care coordinator who’s passionate about creating spaces where people feel genuinely seen and at ease. I help make sure your experience with All Kinds Club feels smooth, supportive, and judgment-free at every point in your care journey.
Prior to moving into the mental health space, I spent 15+ years leading communications and publicity campaigns for major television networks. My background in relationship-building, active listening, and guiding people through fast-moving, high-pressure environments taught me how to show up with empathy, clarity, and care — skills I now bring into every client interaction.
Whether I’m helping someone find the right therapist, book their first session, answering questions, or making sure the behind-the-scenes details run smoothly, my goal is to create an experience that is welcoming, inclusive, and easy to navigate.
I deeply value connection and belonging, and I feel lucky to help foster that sense of safety and comfort for others every day.
